May 12th & 13th - The Bight, Norman Island to The Indians to Soper's Hole, Tortola
This was such a fun place that we stayed two days!
Look closely and you can see our route color coded by day.
"The Indians" the rocks resemble an Indian's headdress. This is the best snorkeling spot we have found.
One of the beaches on the approach to Soper's Hole.
This is apparently and hotel right on the tip of the island
Soper's Hole Marina
Enjoying the front deck
Soper's Hole Marina is a very upscale, well done marina which includes shopping and provisioning.
Jerry with Jim and Barbara in the background
We enjoyed the area so much, we stayed an extra day and celebrated Mother's Day.
A view along the marina from Pusser's Restuarant
The market was the nicest we have found in the BVI
Jerry worked hard to get this picture of a laughing seagull
This is one of the hardest working boats I have seen. It is used to ferry working vehicles and machinery from island to island. We speculated what that would add to the price of a truck load of concrete or a dump truck load of rock.S
